Keith's printer began to fail once more and YAM has not been working properly ever since Keith upgraded YAM from the installation that Bo did for him a while back. Keith also had a Turbo Print upgrade that was suspect.

The turbo print update was pretty minimal once you plowed through the install script and we could not fault it for screwing up MUI in any way. After resolving the confusion about dates and rebooting a couple times we confirmed that his clock battery was really, really dead. Keith also had us be specific about what chips to order when he ordered a new battery. A couple 8520's.

We ran out of time and just had to go eat. Here we are giving the new order desk clerk a hard time.
