In addition to the latest Amiga Future, Nr. 91, (see it in Charlie's hands) we got the latest lowdown on Paul's bike trip to Africa. Its turned into a melodrama, because with only a week to go the bike Paul was going to take has been found to have a broken part that is not easily replaced in one week's time. So we discussed the many, many options. Before the meeting officially ended Paul headed off to REI to look over the current bike offerings.
Somebody exclaimed that it was raining. This whole part of the country is in SEVERE drought so this is a notable event and I went out to photograph the historic occasion.
Also attracted to the unusual situation was a Conan's patron who was outfitted in a full body, Star Wars space gear getup. A nearby kid was excited to get his picture taken with him. His parents and I got in photographs.
We ended the meeting with a failed attempt to catch flashy neon signs reflecting in Sarah's glasses. However, we did Kathleen's attempt well documented.
