Talk was about the latest AmiKit offer of a SAMiga computer with OS4.1 alread installed, ready to go sans monitor for right at $1000. Then it turned to Charlie's bathroom remodeling project which will finished real soon now. Then it turned to IRS extensions and stresses thereof; and finally to Chris' friend who is attending UofO @ Norman towards a Computer Science degree. We got to talk about the various course work he has taken and will be taking. That brought up Chris' course work and a prospective job at a computer games store in that shopping center at the confluence of US183, Lamar, and Anderson Lane.
Oh yes, and Charlie will be working on a set for the children's staging of Rumpelstiltskin this October and is looking for a flax spinning wheel (working or not) to borrow for the shows.
As per schedule promise, the meeting broke up at 8pm.
